MeCCSA is managed by an Executive Committee which meets bimonthly and is responsible for the running of the organisation. In turn, it has devolved some activities to Sub-Committees: Association Activities, Administration and Communications, Academic Development, and the Annual Conference. MeCCSA’s Practice Section (the Chair of which is de facto a member of the Executive Committee) and the seven Networks – Climate Change, Disability Studies, Policy, Postgraduate, Race, Radio Studies, and Women’s Media Studies – are accountable to the Executive Committee for their activities.
