Confirmation of booking

On receipt of your booking form and payment we will send you a confirmation letter. This will include arrival arrangements and details of your accommodation together with a map of the University campus.

Cancellation of your registration must be made in writing to:

Cancellations made by 14 November will incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Any cancellation made between 15 November and 30 November will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Bookings cancelled after 30 November cannot be refunded.

Delegate list

A delegate list will be produced and supplied to each delegate on arrival. To include your name on the delegate list we must receive your booking and payment by 30 November.

Accommodation

The conference accommodation is on the University campus and comprises of single en-suite rooms or single rooms with shared bathroom facilities. En-suite rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is a small number of double rooms available – please let us know early under the ‘Dietary and other requirements’ section of the booking form if you are attending with a partner and we will try to provide you with double accommodation.

The city centre is only a 10-minute train journey away from the University of Sussex campus. Details on travel services between the city centre and the University campus will be enclosed with your confirmation letter.

If you wish to find out about Brighton & Hove’s many excellent restaurants, bars, clubs and places of interest, www.brighton.co.uk is a good online resource. A guide to the city will also be available on arrival at the conference.
