Terms and conditions
- Payment of the attendance fee is required on booking. A place at the event cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
- Cancellation before 20 December 2006 will incur a 50% administration charge.
- Cancellations after the 3 January 2007 will not be refunded.
- Substitutions may be made in writing to the organisers up to 3 January 2007.
- In the event of cancellation by speakers or other changes in the main conference programme, no full or partial refund of the delegate registration fee can be made.
- Coventry University and Coventry TechnoCentre can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property whilst in attendance at this event.
- All participants and their guests attend the conference premises at their own risk.
