Gill Branston is Director of Undergraduate Studies in Cardiff University’s School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies.
She is the author of various books and articles on media, and especially cinema, including co-authorship of the best selling The Media Student’s Book (4th edition 2006). She is currently researching the relationship of cinema and climate change politics. She has been on the Executive since January 2007 and was part of the team which organised the annual conference at Cardiff in January 2008.
